What should I expect during my first visit as a new patient?

Your first visit includes a comprehensive oral examination, digital X-rays, discussion of your dental history and concerns, and a personalized treatment plan. We’ll also discuss payment options and answer all your questions. The entire visit typically takes 60-90 minutes.

Do you accept dental insurance for new patients?

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Aesthetic Family Dental & Implant Center does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

How quickly can I get an appointment as a new patient?

We prioritize new patients and typically offer appointments within 24-48 hours. For urgent dental issues, we reserve same-day emergency slots. Evening and weekend appointments are also available for your convenience.

What if I haven't been to a dentist in years?

Don’t worry – you’re not alone! Many of our patients haven’t visited a dentist in years. We provide judgment-free care and will work with you to address any issues gradually. We focus on making you comfortable and explaining everything step by step.

Are financing options available for new patients?

CareCredit, Cherry, and In-house split payments are here to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. We offer No Interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can get what you want, when you want it.
